Alden Brown & Co., LLC is a family owned and operated apartment management company specializing in Denver’s Capitol Hill neighborhood since 1966. Because our business is only Capitol Hill apartments, we have the experience and expertise to meet the varied needs of today’s urban apartment resident.
We pride ourselves on being easily accessible to our residents to meet your needs. We have 24-hour on-call personnel available. Our professional leasing consultants are available Monday through Saturday to help you with any item relating to your residency. Minor maintenance up to after-hours emergencies are handled in a timely fashion by our professional full-time maintenance staff.
In addition, we are available daily to listen to your concerns. Because our family owns most of the buildings under management, we want to hear your comments so we can provide the best service possible. In other words, we offer the benefits of both a small and large organization.
